All of our toffee is securely packaged and shipped to ensure that your order arrives to you in the best possible condition. If your toffee does not arrive in acceptable condition, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. There is an additional fee for re-delivery.
